Engineering task
Components of a vision system needed mounting elements and protective housings compatible with the platform geometry. An off-the-shelf assembly did not meet the agreed mechanical interface configuration.
OTU's work
OTU assessed component placement requirements and prepared and adapted drawings. Following a platform compatibility check, the team incorporated technical feedback and manufactured the agreed mounting hardware.
Result
The manufactured mounting hardware met the defined integration requirements. The brackets provide the agreed mounting points for vision-system components in line with the platform geometry.
